Needed: Casseroles!

Our Soup Kitchen Program needs casseroles on a monthly basis (4th Saturday of every month). If you are interested in this Ministry of Sharing, use the recipe below and call

  Broccoli Casserole


12-16 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained
2 packages frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up in pieces 
                (Turkey meat or 1 whole chicken may be substituted)
2 cans of cream of chicken soup, diluted with 1 can water
6 slices of yellow American cheese

Cover bottom of pan with cooked noodles
Place broccoli on top of noodles
Place chicken on top of broccoli
Top with cream of chicken soup and then 6 slices of American cheese
Cover with aluminum foil
Label with casserole name and date
FREEZE & bring to the Parish Center and drop off under the back porch
